Aspen Dental - Mount Airy, NC

Has a full exam done today. The ladies were great! Ms. Alexus explained the xray process very well. They got my cleaning done today as well and Ms. Jess was phenomenal. I’ve never been educated at a dentist line she did. She explained everything in detail! Both doctors that saw me were also great!

All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcomed today. This was my first visit there. They are very experienced and explained everything to me. I was really looking for some place to go as my other dentist was not thorough enough and I think I have definitely found a new place to reside.

I had a wonderful experience here at Aspen! The only complaint (but it’s not really a complaint at all because I’m very understanding) I would have was how long I was there for. HOWEVER, they took me as a last minute emergency for a pretty serious thing and I am forever grateful. I wouldn’t be able to find any other dentist office like that!!!! The staff, all of them, were so nice and friendly. Very welcoming and willing to make you feel so comfortable. For that reason, I’ll wait all dang day if I had to. Haha. Alexus was the first interaction I had and she deserves a raise with the difficulties she had with me and the xray machine. And Jess (the wonderful lady who cleaned my teeth) was so awesome, informant and very personable. She rocked it. Even the doctor was amazing. I did not catch h

I called Aspen Dental because of tooth pain and needing to be seen quickly. They were able to see me next business day and developed a comprehensive plan to reach my oral health goals. The staff at Aspen Dental Mt Airy are absolutely phenomenal. Jess, my hygienist, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for! Thank you all for your compassion!

Jessica is an outstanding dental hygienist. She is incredibly professional, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done thoroughly and gently, and she truly cares about her patients. My teeth always feel amazing after she cleans them, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for an exceptional hygienist.
