Aspen Dental - Morganton, NC

I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Scott, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Scott and his colleagues are extremely kind, efficient, and sweet, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Scott is incredibly intelligent and collaborative, he takes the time to explain things clearly, gives his honest professional opinion, and you can truly tell that he cares about your wellbeing, not just rushing you through an appointment. I always feel heard, respected, and confident in the care I’m receiving. I’m so grateful to have him as my dentist, and I truly owe my smile to him. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and this entire team to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care.

On January 15, 2026 I had an appointment with Aspen Dental for a toothache in Morganton NC. I was seen by dentist Dr Scott. I was told that a clearance form would be needed by my primary physician before an extraction of the tooth could be performed. I understood that I would hear back from Aspen Dental asap. I called Aspen Dental the following day and was finally asked to leave a message because they were busy. Around 4pm I called again and I was again asked to leave them a message and they would soon return my call. I have called Aspen Dental again since then and there's been no return call from them. I successfully had two partials done at this location over a year ago. I have no idea what is going on. My primary physician received and returned the needed clearance form expeditiously. I

This place is where it’s at!!! Dr. Scott is so thorough and awesome! They get you in right away take time to explain everything in detail to you. The girls were AMAZING!! I’ve never walked into a dentist office and smiled and laughed so much with a great group of people!!! They were patient, kind, and very understanding!! Sage, Rachael, & Carolyn are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Clock it!! 💪🏻😁🤏🏻

I was happy initially with the service provided to my son at the start but now I'm not so sure. We no longer go here because I changed our insurance. They were watching his wisdom teeth "Closely", they said, to be removed but said it wasn't time just yet. Only to go to another dentist for them to tell me that his wisdom teeth should have ALREADY BEEN REMOVED! Currently his wisdom teeth are laying horizontally in his gum! Wait what did you say??? Yes, you heard me correctly, they are laying flat! Now tell me why, Aspen Dental, why would you not remove them now AND WAIT??? Please don't respond with an apology as to why you did or did not provide a service like you did with other negative responses on here cause I don't wanna hear it! Hopefully this isn't gonna damage his other teeth!

Recently switched back to Aspen for my routine cleanings and check-ups. Always an easy experience getting an appointment booked and the staff are very welcoming and polite. Sage was very pleasant and did a great job fitting a cleaning into their schedule after my appointment had been mis-booked.
