I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for exceptional care and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The nurse did an outstanding job with my X-rays and explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. I truly appreciated how patient and detailed she was—it made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. The attitude and care from the entire staff were excellent. Everyone was kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to the manager, Mika, who was incredibly nice and very professional. I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front desk and in the back was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Mika was absolutely amazing, patient, gentle, and so good at explaining what was happening so I never felt anxious or confused. Dr. Andrea Oaks was just as wonderful: thorough, professional, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for, not rushed. The whole office runs like a well-oiled machine, but still feels personal. You can tell the team works well together and actually cares about patients. I had one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had at this office. They asked me to move my 2pm appointment to 1pm, but I still sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being taken back. I was told the exam and consultation were free, but when I couldn’t complete the X-ray due to pain, they suddenly added a $39 fee. Throughout the entire visit, the staff acted irritated and dismissive anytime I asked a question. Instead of explaining anything, they kept telling me I was being rude even though I was in severe pain and simply trying to understand what was happening. It felt like they were trying to guilt me rather than provide care. When I went to pay, the receptionist wrote my mom’s Social Security number on a sticky note, which felt like a huge privacy violation. She acted anno

I had an amazing experience at this location as well. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and extremely professional. Everyone took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The dentist was outstanding—thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience at Aspen Dental. Initially, I was satisfied with my appointment on Tuesday. I was seen for a cracked tooth and also discussed future treatment plans to maintain a healthy smile. However, after discovering the insurance and billing issue, I am now very upset. At no point during my visit was I informed that only one of my two insurances covers dental and the other does not. That information should have been clearly explained to me before moving forward with anything. Instead, they proceeded with placing only one insurance on my visit summary (which is clearly reflected on the paperwork I was given), qualified me for a financial plan, and had me make an out-of-pocket payment before I left.
