Aspen Dental - Middletown, OH

The Dentist and assistant were great. They are very experienced. I believe I received the best dental work available. The scheduling has room for improvement. Sometimes they are only open 1 or 2 days a week. They do notify you if they are not gonna be open but unfortunately you may have already scheduled off for work. So I will give that 3 stars. Dentist and assistant 5 stars.. I will return for further work.

The entire staff is welcoming and kind. Able to make an appointment when I wanted it. They were all so friendly both times I have gone in. Monica, was above and beyond helpful. She helped me make a difficult decision that I am so very happy with. I highly recommend Aspen Dental at Middletown location. And it took me a long time, too long to make an appointment because of my fears of going to the dentist. I will calmly return here.

Everyone was pleasant but I only went for a cleaning. No pains. No problems. Just past due for a cleaning. I had insurance & still paid over $2000. Still waiting to get the scheduled cleaning. There’s no excuse for charging that much except greed. they actually wanted to do 2 root canals on teeth that were not giving me any problem. & who can afford the outrageous cost for 3 crowns. I’m not happy with the dental industry in general

I hope by sharing this extremely negative review, I can help deter others from going to Aspen Dental.  I am going to try to keep this as short as possible, but I encourage you to read my review in its entirety because I am going to be 100% honest.  If you're weary about my truth, check out the entries on the BBB.  So, in late 2022 I had a bridge placed.  In early 2023, the bridge fell off and was recemented.  Again, in early 2024, the bridge fell off and Dr. Modi said it could not be recemented because it didn't fit right.  He told me he wasn't sure why it wouldn't fit right.  He said maybe the teeth were damaged or maybe the back tooth was too short to hold the bridge on.  I asked him to show me where the damage was and he couldn't, because there was no damage!  If the back tooth was too

It was the most uncaring experience I Have ever had. With out a care, a lady slide in front of me, what my cost would be. $42,000.00 to fix my problems. I was not impressed at all. Let's face the fact, older people just cannot come up with that overnight, the lady was actually rude about it. So disappointed with them, I trusted them.
