Aspen Dental - Merritt Island, FL

Patient of Aspen Merritt Island since 2024 and I am grateful I found Dr Marius and his team. They gave me a good plan for my teeth care, I had done extraction, 2 implants, filling, cleanings and recently started working on 3rd molar extractions. In my 30s and I do had multiple issues but thats also from neglect and not having a good team to work with. Here at Aspen Merritt everyone was very caring and genuine, that makes me motivated to come back and really work through procedures I needed. They offer a care credit plan to make the cost not too overwhelming. Moreover, Dr. Marius is very skilled, there was never a painful time, during procedures he makes sure to explain every step & what to expect and he works on my teeth very swift and efficient. I never had to sat there with my jaw open

Everyone at the office was incredibly nice. The front desk, the techs the hygienist and Dr Patel herself. If this were the criteria I would’ve given high marks across the board. I would not have bothered to give a negative review as that’s not what I like doing. I realize that all workplaces face their own issues so I normally don’t complain. Since I was solicited I must say that the deceptive nature of the subsequent descaling/cleaning cost presentation was beyond reasonable. I had descaling done at my old dentist and the cost offense was nearly $1000. Since I know I need this deep cleaning, I made an appointment and deposited $700. I then called my old dentist and the cost difference was Considerable. I called aspen to cancels and was then told oh the cost is $340 if we don’t use the ant

I’m sorry to say a lot of the bad reviews lined up with my experience here. Super nice people here but my quote was full of up-charges and available cost effective options weren’t disclosed. When I was quoted 1,500 my heart dropped and even though I have the money wondered all day how many people “find” the money for these procedures. over a thousand dollars for antimicrobal and antibiotic treatments. The fact that the screening and X-rays are free should be a big red flag and appeals to people like me with little money. Luckily I didn’t follow through, got a second opinion and saved hundreds of dollars

My experience was wonderful. The team was very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. If finance is an issue,they have many options to choose from,all within means(fair price). They were very busy, yet accommodating.

Had a very good experience with Aspen Dental , Merritt Island. Layla , the assistant at the desk was very professional and handled the insurance aspect successfully. Brie at the desk was also very kind and helpful. Dr. Maurius did a great job with the Implant procedure! Highly Recommend this team! William
