The team at Aspen Dental Mentor is truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such warmth and kindness that instantly puts you at ease. The receptionist (I believe her name is Richelle!) greets you by name with a friendly smile, which makes such a difference. The dental assistants are incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout the entire visit, always making sure you’re comfortable. The dentists are equally wonderful! Dr. Nathan is so kind, compassionate, and attentive. They really take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure you fully understand your treatment. Dental work is never anyone’s favorite thing, but this team makes the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible by explaining every step along the way. I couldn’t ask for a

Best office ever—everyone is so kind and welcoming I chipped my front tooth last night and was able to be seen today. Dr. Bretz did an amazing job, had excellent chairside manner, and explained every step along the way. I’m super grateful for this office and the care I received.

Dr Nathaniel had my problem tooth out in no time. didn't feel a thing. both Dr Nathaniel and his assistant made me feel at ease through the whole process. I recommend the Aspin Dental Team in Mentor for all you're Dental needs. thanks Doc JB

The hygienist Andrea made my experience leave a bad taste in my mouth and now i’m no longer returning. I’m not going to list what went down out of embarrassment for not getting up and leaving but If you’re Black this is not the location to go to. Andrea let her indifference towards skin color prevent her from simply doing her job properly and treating people properly. I forgot I was in Mentor I guess lol.
