Aspen Dental - Melbourne, FL

I came here after not seeing a dentist in 13 years. I wanted to share my amazing experience. After so long without service it only took 2 hours of being in the office for them to have full x-rays of my teeth and a complete comprehensive plan to repair all of my dental work... they handled all of my hygenic cleanings, gum treatments, tooth removal/replacement, wisdom teeth removal, cavity filling, etc... I was very impressed with how thorough this office is at explaining the work in a way that you can understand, they offered me very flexible appointments dates/times, as well as a payment plan that made it all possible. I also wanna add that every procedure I've had done here has been as painless as it could possibly be. Thank you Aspen Dental for giving me a 2nd chance at a nice smile.

I called and explained that I had a fractured tooth (top wisdom) and was in lots of pain and asked if they would be able to pull it today. The lady on the phone stated we would have to do an exam but that shouldn’t be an issue as It’s an emergency. After the exam I was informed that it would be a month before I’d be able to be seen to have it pulled. I was given the bait and switch with a medical issue and they have since still charged me even after I was informed wrong.

All staff were amazing! I have a long journey to fix my upper teeth and it seems achievable with the plan they mapped out for me. I’m excited to get it finished. Kudos to the entire staff. Everyone treated me with dignity, respect, and most of all kindness. I have something of a mess going on with my smile and it’s very embarrassing. They made me feel good about getting it fixed to where I’ll finally be confident when I smile. Thank you to all that treated me today.

As a travel medical care worker Aspen Dental is the best choice for my dental needs. However, this Melbourne location is by far the best dentist office I've been to. The staff members are caring to all your needs and go above and beyond to help their clients. I wish I could pack up this location and take them with me everywhere I go.
