Aspen Dental - McHenry, IL

My visit to Aspen was amazing! I am relieved, because it has been a rough dental journey for me. Megan was very gentle with me and I felt very comfortable with the doctor. I will definitely recommend Aspen to anyone.

This Aspen Dental location I cannot recommend enough. I went for my cleaning, Bailey was amazing. So kind and knowledgable. I also got my upper wisdom teeth extracted-which I was very nervous for. Dr. Malichin and Megan made the whole process so stress-free and quick. I could not have had a better experience! I will be a life long patient.

Absolutely worst experience. At first it seemed great but then I had my second temp crown put on and it went down from there. They did the temp incorrectly and it caused immense pain. When I went back I was told I would need a root canal and put on an antibiotic, and they put the permanent crown in with temp cement, and told to wait. It only got worse. I got a referral to an endodontist who said I did not need a root canal(she did 3 D scans of my teeth and nerves), she said my crown was not done correctly and sent me to another dentist. Mind you by this time I was given 2 different antibiotics and 2 pain meds, which turns out I didn’t need. When I went to the new dentist she took the crown out and said it was too high and they didn’t shave my tooth down enough so it was pushing on my gums

I went in today for several things. My appointment was for my permanent dentures. I have a top temporary and unfortunately it cracked and Aspen dental fixed it for me without hesitation, i need to use it until i get my permanent denture in a week or so. Also my lower partial denture was missing a tooth. I bit into an uncooked piece of meat, rubbery , and some how one of teeth came out and I didn't notice it until after I had spit out the meat and discarded it into the the trash. My bad , but Aspen replaced the tooth at no additional cost to me. My upper denture had no grip on it, because well it was only supposed to be used temporarily until I got my permanent amd Aspen dental fixed it rt up for me.
