We’re in between dentists as our last one retired. Our daughter had an extremely painful situation arise out of nowhere and we decided to try Aspen Dental. The staff were awesome and not only accommodated our daughter’s dental emergency, they gave her a great cleaning and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible for her. Dr. Romain, Marlecia, and Christina were incredible. They did a fantastic job taking care of our family on short notice and because of that, we definitely plan on visiting them again in the future.

Jared did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning! He was attentive gentle and my teeth look and feel amazing! Also the ladies upfront are so sweet. Whoever unlocked the door this morning definitely brightened my day! I was greeted with a 'Welcome' and a beautiful smile!! The little things is what keeps me coming back. Great experience!

So a lot to unpack here but long story short, I chipped a tooth bad enough to where it needed to be extracted. And I know I needed a cleaning so I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone. Iam a cash patient, as I don’t have insurance. They got me signed up with one of their financing partners called America first finance. They approved me for the amount I needed. However, they wanted to charge me 3700 for a cleaning and a tooth extraction. Didn’t tell me the price until I applied for financing, which they magically changed the price based on what I got approved for. I felt extremely taken advantage of. I canceled the financing (you have 5 days after approval to do so) and Aspen only paid 2800 back of the 3000 I was approved for. Leaving me with a $200 bill for services I never received. It’

Aspen dental in Lexington SC is top notch. Down to earth professionalism. Everyone is informed and thorough. Every employee knows their job thoroughly. I recently got dentures and they used 3 different mold mapping procedures in order to get all the undercuts that help the denture to stay in place. I got my smile back and aspen dental is a big part of that. I got a good price and I financed about half of the cost through one of their affiliates. But it is the dynamic and seamless interaction amongst every employee and you. You are a part off this A team creating your new teeth. And the reality meets the hype and hope. To all the employees. This was my first time using Aspen Dental. It was an emergency for my 15 yr old granddaughter. Whoever set the appointment up assured me I would receive an email confirmation with the location, which I never did. I just googled the Lexington office, arrived early to see if this was the right location. The attendant was able to move my appointment to their office, which was great. My problem was with the tone/attitude/professionalism when I asked how much longer would I be waiting. It was 2:10 and my new appointment for the extraction that THEY set was for 1:45 p.m. She said to me "I told you this morning we fit you into our schedule so there's no ET for when you'll be seen. Well she wasn't in the back office when the doctor asked could I bring my granddaughter back at 1:45 today and
