Aspen Dental - Latham, NY

I had a really good experience at Aspen in Latham. I wasn’t fully satisfied in the past, but my visit with Hania and Dr. S totally changed that experience for me. They are very personable and kind, and they make sure I am comfortable and understand what’s going on during my procedures. Brianna at the desk is very kind and knowledgeable. I had a lot of anxiety about coming here and they have made this a good experience for me.

Best dental experience I’ve had. It was as relaxed and easy as getting fillings could be. This was my first time with Dr. Y, and I will be requesting her for now on. It’s my second visit where Bianca assisted and she is great. She’s really good at helping nervous people like me calm and informed of what to expect. I have no idea if they have worked together for a long time, but they work seamlessly together. While they are excellent at doing the actual dental work, it’s their calm and light demeanors that made me feel at ease in a commonly uncomfortable procedure.

Paige has always been friendly and courteous with her service. You can tell that she knows what she is doing and that she enjoys serving others. I believe she deserves 5 star service. Heidi is also of great help in work. She is very professional and alert to my needs. Grateful to have location as my dentistry team!

I really appreciate the processes that this office did. This was my first time there because I got new insurance. when I came in they had me write my name down on a sign in sheet and I had a seat, so then when they were ready for me they just called my name up. I think customer service wise is a better move because it doesn’t leave a line at check in and ensure then front desk team is ready for each patient. At that point they gave me an iPad to fill out any missing information which was very easy to operate. Once that was done I waited until it was my turn and once I was called the dental assistant led me back to my chair, asked me what I was looking for for my visit for the day (A cleaning, establishing care, and questions about cosmetic procedures like veneers or crowns). My experiences at the Latham office have always been pleasant and comfortable. The staff are very kind and patient. When I came for my first appointment, I had some anxiety because of the length of time since my last dental visit. Paige was very understanding and talked me through everything. Their knowledge and dedication to positive patient care has changed the way I feel about coming to the dentist.
