Aspen Dental - Lake Charles, LA

I was able to get an immediate appointment where other offices were booking 6months out and didn't take my insurance. Staff was very friendly, professional and energetic. They did a thorough exam and got right to my patient plan. I am very satisfied and glad that I chose Aspen Dental.

My experience was top notch. The staff was very friendly and kind. The service was excellent! Ty, a young man that assisted me with part of my visit, was great! His attitude and mannerisms were all top tier. The hygienist was very kind and very helpful with explaining everything to me. Dr. Huang was amazing as well providing details and information on all that was discussed. I particularly enjoyed his laid back personality. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

I was extremely impressed with my entire experience today. I had extensive cleaning and a crown prep. From the moment you enter the bldg the professionalism stands out. The employees, Ty and Markyla, were so pleasant and very courteous. They were very considerate of not hurting you. Dr. Huang was informative and patient. Lastly the power toothbrush and flosser to take home. I need not say more. I LOVE IT. Thank you so much for a really great experience.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental of Lake Charles ...everyone was so nice and professional from the greetings at the front and when they called you to the back..I love Dr.Guillory she explained each step while working on my mouth ..I was very anxious because I don't like needles or pain but she was awesome .Very encouraging and professional. I like her receptionist I think her name was Allison I basically dealt with her but everyone was great.I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs dental work ..

Everyone at Aspen was awesome! I hate the dentist, and I’m so thankful my first visit in a decade went so smoothly. I was kept informed about each step of the appointment and what it would entail, which really helped my anxiety. I got overwhelmed and started tearing up at one point (they had some not-so-great news about my bone health), and everyone was so kind and supportive. There’s so much shame associated with dental stuff, but every staff member I interacted with helped dispel that. The payment process was also very well-explained, since I have some pretty extensive treatment to look forward to. Overall, I feel confident that the doctors and staff at Aspen will take care of me every step of the way.
