Aspen Dental - Kingston, NY

Just went here for new patient care. I came in for X-rays and to meet with the dentist and was able to come back later the same day for a cleaning. All the staff was friendly and honest about if there would be a few minutes extra wait. The front desk was kind, welcoming and quick to help. While setting up my next appointment and on going care with Ty she was such a pleasure to chat with. Overall an easy nice experience.

I would give no stars if I could. Hygienists are the only good thing about this place. Horrific cash grab with through the roof prices, VERY rude managers and doctors whom have ZERO bedside manner. This place still owes me money even after my insurance paid them out already. I went to efros for a consult as I was instructed to do and they were so kind to me I almost cried in comparison to this absolute horror show. Do Not go here! All quotes are out of pocket and then they reimburse you when they are ready to. I had no clue they were doing this until someone mentioned credits on my account. No One explained this to me. They also made me gather my own pre determination letters from insurance without telling me they needed this ahead of time. I have never had such an absolute horrible experi

Had a great experience at Aspen dental in Kingston ny. The office was organized and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the X-ray technician ,the doctors and hygienists. My last stop was with Ty to take care of billing . She was warm and engaging. Very pleasant and thorough .This was a great visit and happy to say I have a new local dentist home.

I had a great experience at Aspen dental today with both the front desk and my hygienist! Ty Took the time to explain the procedures out to me and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to remain compliant with my treatment plan! And Yousef, my hygienist was down to earth and delivered a quick and painless cleaning! I was very impressed!

Ty was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. The moment I walked in she had a friendly attitude and was there to help me with my tooth pain. Even though they didn’t expect my insurance she took her time and did everything she could to help me out financially and that definitely put me at ease and I was very much appreciated! She was very professional and her kindness and dedication to helping me with billing/finances made the visit a very pleasant experience.
