Terrible service! I got my teeth cleaned and filled here, 6 months down the line I am still suffering from tooth sensitive as a result of that filling, even after going back to have them fix it. They also gave me a zero balance and weeks later returned to say I have an outstanding balance of over 1k, after making so much trouble, they asked that the bill will be sent back to my insurance , which I kept on following them up with them for an update. Just to receive a text from a debt collector that I owe 300bucks!!! This is totally ridiculous. Look for an alternative dental outlet

The Staff is so kind and caring. They cared very much about my comfort and experience. They got me in as soon as they could which I really appreciated. They explained my treatment plan very well, so I have no questions regarding current and future treatment. I highly recommend this clinic if you want genuine professional care.

I literally felt like I Met Angels Here at this dental office. I met some of the most amazing peope here at this dental office. They saved my life and they were so quick to help me. I felt noticed and not ignored they were concerned on how they could honestly help me. They seen I was broken and they carefully put my smile back on my face.... They also gave me a free exam and x rays I was devastated and wanted help fixing my smile. They're more than people they were all doing gods work on me. Look I'm not religious that much but here at this place I wasn't going anywhere unnoticed they were committed to me and my needs they Fixed Apple valleys problem Apple vally dental didn't care about my cosmetic needs or my smile I was so scared to be seen afterwards. I had a full X ray exam and check up with the Aspen staff techs and Doctor. I had come in with a broken wisdom tooth. Very enjoyable staff all the way around that scheduled me for an extraction. My appointment was timely and my extraction was quickly and painlessly performed. Very pleasant experience all around. Thank you.

I was hesitant to go from the get-go. Staff is nice, doctor seem great. When I got my “plan,” the hygienist, added things that I feel are unnecessary. All I wanna do is get my teeth cleaned and have the tooth fixed that I need to get fixed. My cleaning with insurance was going to cost me $400 in itself with all the extra things they added. I pay almost $2000 a month for insurance. I’m not paying $400 extra for her plan. All I wanted was my cleaning and tooth fixed. What a scam!
