When I first walked in, I almost walked right back out. The receptionist didn’t even crack a smile. It felt cold, unfriendly, and very transactional. When customers are being respectful and you’re potentially asking them to finance $15k in dental work, a simple smile at the door goes a long way in making that decision easier. After that, everything changed. My dental assistant, Lola (from the Eugene area), was incredible. From the start she was honest about what to expect and how the process works. She clearly knows the system and understands that patients are about to be hit with a lot of information in a short time. She was amazing every step of the way and worked seamlessly with the doctors. When I went I was nervous, anxious and embarrassed. The ladies made me feel so comfortable, very sweet and talked to me liked I mattered. They were very attentive to my needs, listened to me, and would highly recommend anyone to go here that needs new teeth or any kind of dental work for that matter. Thank you! 😊

Walked into my appointment today at 8:45 not knowing what to expect. I have loose teeth all over and teeth that need to be pulled. They worked with us from the minute we got there until the minute we left. The best service I could ever imagine getting. The first person who brought me back for x-rays, Jessica and let me know exactly what I was going to expect from my appointment. The doctor was so wonderful the girl who did our financing was amazing and I left with an appointment ahead for my new teeth. I am so impressed with Aspen dental

Amazing experience! Went in with terrible anxiety but everyone was so nice. I didn't feel rushed and none of my questions were dismissed. Excited to move forward and feel good about my smile again!

I got my tooth extracted and it was genuinely the best and most painless dental experience I’ve ever had. I have STRUGGLED to find a good dentist so I was nervous about my service but they by far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend.
