Aspen Dental - Joplin, MO

So i actually had a horrible experience here a few years back. I was payjng cash, had paid half down to have a tooth removed and then they left me a voicemail canceling my appt to remove the tooth. Called n left voicemail for 3 weeks before i went in and demanded my money back. However, i decided to try again for convenience honestly. I was pleasantly surprised. Brandy S. with the cool glasses is amazing. She was super nice and comforting while i had a lot of work done. Didnt grow up with parents who took us to the dentist, first time having insurance at 36yrs old. The lady who did my cleaning before all the work did amazing also. I wish i could remember name, she has dark hair and said she had came back to the area to help those in the area cuz of how bad we need it. She gets excited watc

Awful Awful! They have you do unnecessary cleanings you don’t even need $500. Finding out from another dentist I didn’t even need. I had a tooth that needed addressed asap and they didn’t do anything. Instead wanted money for these cleanings. Then if you do the cleaning you don’t get any discount for them for not taking the numbing meds. How does that make sense. I’m sure that’s placed into the cost. They have no plan to work with you on any type of payment. They denied me care credit with or without a co-signer. Told me I needed all this stuff. I went elsewhere and have seen had everything fixed and an affordable price without dealing with the rude people. It’s the one dental office I’d absolutely not recommend. Unless you’re rich then go for it! They’ll happily take your money.

The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly and my hygienist Kassie is fantastic. They are all great. My dentist is wonderful too. They take the time to explain everything so you know exactly what you getting. No surprises. So glad I found this dental office.Also want to say Summer in the business office is a wonderful person and made everything so easy for me financially with all I am having done.

I had severe ptsd from past dental experience but the Joplin office eased that for me. They were patient and understanding through the entire process. I just had my first adjustment and it felt like I was visiting friends not the dentist. Brandy S really listened to and addressed my concerns. She got me in and out super quick and with a smile. Everyone here is so amazing

Not having insurance and years of unkept teeth they helped out beautiful! Such amazing people and just gentle service! The new Doc, it's just amazing! Very nice guy and special thank you to Haley! Love that woman! She just brings such easy to my bigger appointments and makes it when it's not as scary! Definitely a huge thank you to all the beautiful workers there! 😌
