I’ve been to several dentists from Southside to Mandarin, and Doctor A. is by far the best. The Aspen Dental office runs like clockwork—appointments start on time, the staff is always organized, and the environment is clean and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the front desk greets you with genuine warmth and efficiency. The dental hygienists are excellent—thorough, gentle, and highly professional. They make cleanings comfortable and take time to explain everything. A special shoutout to the practice manager, who not only runs the office with precision but also stands out as an incredible mentor. Her leadership and support elevate the entire team, creating a positive, patient-focused culture.

Raul did my deep cleaning, he was very nice and quick. My teeth felt great afterwards. I was in no pain at all. The only thing is you have to pay upfront. They do have financing options. Other than that the ones I had an encounter with was nice.

I had a great experience at Aspen. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.I never felt rushed or overlooked. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a positive dental experience!

This is such a hard review because I love this location- the staff is absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. However, my smile correction and procedure has been nothing short of a nightmare. One month after pulling my upper teeth- my jaw is in horrible shape, and I still cannot wear my temporary without being in excruciating pain. I’ve been in for three refits, and now need my jaw filed tomorrow because I have a bone that popped through an ulcer because the hardware didn’t fit right. And btw- I have the worse dental anxiety… so just the thought of tomorrow is already making it hard for me to breathe… I wanted a new smile more than anything in this world- as my teeth were my biggest confidence killer… but at this point, I wish I kept my jacked up smile because I’ve barely been abl

Dr. Ali is a very knowledgeable, skilled, and personable dentist. He doesn’t make you feel rushed; he takes his time to explain what the issue is and how he will treat it. He is very confident in what he does and creates a calm atmosphere with his friendly personality. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali!
