Aspen Dental - Jacksonville, FL (Orange Park)

Michelle Dockery was a big hep she got me a pre approval for my procedures she was very pleasant and deserve a raise. Very professional and up beat at the same time. I recommend this office just based on her service alone. I also had a great experience with Sophia. She really knows her way around that xray machine. And can't leave out Ja'niyah. Doing this review before my procedure so I will come back and update my review at a later date.

I had my first visit at Aspen Dental (Blanding location), and the service was absolutely amazing. My exam was very thorough and educational, which I truly appreciated because they took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through it. The entire staff was outstanding from start to finish! The receptionist was welcoming, the X-ray tech was professional and patient, the dental hygienist was great, and the dentist was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was then introduced to the operations manager, Petar Biskup, who walked me through my treatment plan and insurance costs in detail. Aspen Dental was truly exceptional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was pretty nervous going in, but the entire staff immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Park, Petar, Janiyah, and Josh were incredibly kind and professional. They walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and consistently checked in to make sure I felt okay. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients and want you to feel confident about your care.

Emmanuel and Ciera did such a great job making sure all my information was correct, and the process was quick and smooth. Thank you, Aspen Dental! Sophia and Janiyah were awesome assistants and were very good at making me feel at home. Last but not least, Michelle — as soon as I came in, her presence was felt. She quickly got me situated with an appointment, same-day financing, and a cleaning all on the same day. Great communication, great team! I am willing to come here 10 times out of 10 times out of the year, if possible. Dr. Smith also did a great job when it came to giving me my diagnosis and explaining what I needed to do. Went in for an emergency denture repair when in Orange Park from a different state. Staff was extremely helpful in assisting me locate their office and genuinely sincere in welcoming me upon my arrival. I did not have to wait a long time before being escorted to a room and seen by the doctor. Denture repair was fast and each staff members associated with my visit were magnificent and a pleasure to be with. Thank You Orange Park Aspen Dental Staff, you're awsome.
