Aspen Dental - Ithaca, NY

This was my first visit to an Aspen Dental office. It was for a new patient evaluation and treatment plan set-up. Extremely nice employees on every level, from the man at the front desk, X-ray tech, hygienist, dentist and operations manager. I felt listened to, valued, and most of all respected as person. My questions were answered and my opinions and concerns taken into consideration. My treatment options were explained clearly and I was pleased they offer payment plans with several options to choose from. This is a small office with only two treatment rooms, which could mean a longer wait time, but the staff seemed to be handling patient flow well and as quickly as possible during my visit.

Casey was amazing. She is such a great and friendly hygienist. She went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. She also squeezed me in for some additional X-rays and had me speak with the dentist concerning some upcoming appointments. She really helped expedite the process.

My experience with aspen has been amazing. I personally cannot handle the ex ray process but the dental assistant Regan was absolutely incredible with getting it done quickly and comfortably. She has been incredible

Dr Anand, Reagan and Karen were great and so patient with my many, many questions. It was my first time having a crown made, fitted and placed and there were multiple appointments to replace the temporary when it fell off, they got me right back in quickly to repair as needed. I’m very happy with the team there and the finished product!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there when I couldn't get into my usual dentist because I had an infected tooth. It was pretty clear it was infected, nothing that could be done at the time just needed antibiotics. Office made me go through ridiculous X-rays and exam when I could barely open my mouth or bite down so they could try and sell me all their services. I was clear when I called to make the appointment I just had an infected tooth and needed antibiotics. Then, meet Dr. Aspen. Wow. Talk about lack of bedside manner and tact. Told me I needed to go to Sayre ER and get an oral surgery consult. Said she called to let them know I was on the way. So now not only am I in pain I'm freaked out and driving an hour away for what I thought I needed all along- antibiotics. Get to Sayre
