Excellent customer service and professionalism from the entire staff at Aspen Dental located on Tomball Parkway. Whenever I arrive at their office, I am consistently greeted cheerfully by a young lady sitting at the front desk. During each of my visits, she always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Doctor G is amazing and genuinely cared about my oral health as well as the outcome of my dental work and aesthetics. Johnathan is friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the office and dentistry. He is a good communicator and patiently explained the dental services that I was interested in, as well as the costs, financing options, and insurance coverage -- all of which helped me to make an informed decision. Been awhile sense I been to the dentist , but everyone was very helpful! They explained Everything in detail to make me feel more assured. Got a teeth cleaning with scalping and 2 crowns in one day. Was a bit nervous but taking care of your health and saving myself from pain down the road was worth it in the end.

Its not like this will go anywhere. I choose this location to start journey with the aligners and this has been the worst experience ever. A complete waste of money. I have tried to be patient and nothing. I have tried to contact the corporate office and nothing. All I get is someone will contact you back. They might be good for others services, i don't know but for the aligners, use another company. I still have the gaps(spacing)and i still have the caps( that they put on) on my teeth. Now I have to start this whole process all over again

I am very pleased with the service and care I received from Dr. Godil and Raina as well as my hygienist. They took their time and explained everything very clearly and gave me many cost saving options! I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything. I definitely recommend trying
