Had an appointment for a Wednesday, and they were kind enough to fast track me on a Monday, because of the gravity of my situation. That's a new experience for me. 10/10 A+ 100% ⭐️ Will return.

Excellent experience with Dr. POND, Personable, informative,patient. The staff- Sandy helped me immensely, friendly informative, empathic, worked with me towards positive outcomes. I highly recommend Sandy, and Anahi dental assistant, very kind and gentle with me. I highly recommend this staff and this Aspen Dental Office in Hobbs. Having had tough visits with other dentists, I don't say that lightly. 11/19/2025 Final fitting: Dental Assistant Monique friendly, pleasant kind. Lab Tech Angela who built my dentures is excellent. Professional who takes pride in her work. Excellent experience at this Aspen Dental. I've been to other Aspen practices. This practice is outstanding. Aspen Dental in Hobbs New Mexico was truly blessed to have Doctor Pond as their dentist there for the last 2/12 months. His credentials and experience as a dentist for over 20 years is such a valuable asset for any Dental clinic in any state, especially in Hobbs New Mexico. He has excellent chair side manner, and shows appreciation, and compassion for each and every patient. His focus on care and professionalism is shown in what he does as a dentist for every patient that he takes care of. He will be very missed by every patient he treated there. Aspen got me in quick when I needed a cleaning. The entire staff is super sweet and made sure to listen to my needs. When it came to my cleaning, it was quick and precise, but detailed. Aspen made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back here for future visits.

Let me start by saying I have delt with my rotten teeth for years. I was to the point where I considered just having all of my teeth pulled and putting fake ones in. Over the years I've been in and out of different dentist a handful of times. This is the first dentist I've been to that actually sat me down and walked me through all the steps not just with the procedures but with the financial side of things as well to actually get my teeth fixed so I can start enjoying life again. They walked me through it step by step, they were extremely thorough and extremely nice and professional. For the first time in my life I'm getting the work on my teeth done that I have needed to get done for years! and it's because of the excellent service I got from the team at Aspen dental. Thank you!
