Aspen Dental - Hickory, NC

I went in today for an emergency visit and from the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect, care, friendliness, and compassion. Everyone from the sweet lady who checked me in, to the nurses and hygienist and dentist to the financial specialist everyone was so incredibly professional and kind. I was given a clear idea of the treatment plan available and the next steps. This was such a fantastic experience and even though I’m facing some intense dental work I know I am in great hands and I trust them completely.

Worst experience ever. They don’t know how to numb. If you want to feel everything when getting a tooth pulled, they’re your place. I spent 2 weeks going there to pull a tooth. I had to see Legacy oral surgeon after aspen hickory nc couldn’t get it after lifting the tooth and clamping it and pulling it without being numb. The oral surgeon numbed it and had it out in 15 minutes. Aspen isn’t a real dentist office. It’s a chain like McDonald’s that hires everyone straight out of dental school to save money and doesn’t have real dentists.

Aspen Dental has all the latest technology to assist them to give patients the very best in care. I was treated with professionalism, but at the same time with kindness. When they discussed my options for a treatment plan it not like a pushy used car salesman, but rather like a concerned sibling who wants the best for you and trusts you to make the best choice for your care. I was very impressed with their office.

Very efficient staff and dentist and friendly. I gaveAspen zDental 4 stars because they were not listeing when I reminded 3 people of something very important about my upcoming procedure. I reminded them and still when the time came they made a major error just because they were not listening to me when I was communicating to the staff something crucial and it later make a big difference causing me an extra visit and time to correct their mistske.

Just beginning the dental journey to being able to smile again & everyone at this office treated me with empathy, hope & such a positive attitude-I can't say enough about these lovely folks. So excited for a new smile 😃 ❤️
