Love how everyone is so kind and caring , such a pleasant surprise from before. The lab tech does AWESOME work and I Love how Shunta is so attentive and accommodating on my dental visits. She always makes sure you are ok. I no longer dread going to the dentist, it feels good to know there are still those who listen and this staff does exactly that.

I recently had a hospital stay over at Vanderbilt and my dentures were lost. I went to Affordable Dentures in Goodlettsville and I was told that it would be 2 weeks before they could get me in.So I remembered that I had been to Aspen Dental in Hermitage in the past, and it had been a very pleasant experience.I drove back to Aspen Dental in Hermitage and I was told that I could be seen the same day at 2:00 pm. I experienced the most courteous, Professional, and friendly staff that I had ever imagined. The dentist was very clear and precise on the procedure, he showed so much concern and passion to help me to achieve my goals to experience the best possible outcome.All prep work was completed, and returned very next day and left with a smile that was more than pleasing, so satisfied and gla

I came to Aspen Dental in severe pain from broken, infected teeth and left feeling like my pain was being used against me. Instead of focusing on the teeth that were actually hurting, I was immediately handed a massive treatment plan costing over $12,000. I made it clear I couldn’t afford that and just needed relief from the infection and pain. The conversation quickly shifted to financing and “cheaper” package options, eventually landing right around the amount I said I might be able to put on a credit card. I felt pressured to make a huge financial decision while I was in intense pain and not thinking clearly. I wasn’t there for a full-mouth rebuild — I was there because I was suffering. What made it worse was leaving under the impression I would at least receive something to help man
