Aspen Dental - Hanover, PA

I went to my first visit to Aspen dental yesterday and it was a great experience. I have an abscess and they were quick and helpful. I'm actually terrified of dentists because when I was about 9 years old, a dentist grabbed my mouth because I was crying. Everyone at Aspen dental were friendly and made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I'm actually going to get my teeth pulled and get dentures and I feel very safe with Aspen dental. I'm so glad I finally went and found a great place to go. Thanks to all the staff. I appreciate everyone there!

This is my first time getting a cleaning. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because the hygienist was out/sick and they wanted some information from my previous dentist. So ok no problem. First room they had me in was dusty on the shelves and equipment which I thought was not right for a health care provider. Staff was nice. Then next time I came in for the cleaning I was 15 minutes early and they were late from time of appointment to see me by 25 minutes. I was there for a periodontal cleaning and the hygienist took literally 23 minutes to complete using a little water pick tool and then said see you in 6 months? The actual Dentist did not come in to check work they did. They did not use floss and skipped the polishing because they were behind on appointments. Does any of this so

First visit today. All the staff was very friendly. The oral hygienist and dentist were very thorough with what was happening. We discussed and came up with a plan.Everything is being handled in a timely manner. Jessica,a financial personal, was a wonderful experience. She was very friendly, full of knowledge. Explained the charges for each procedure that needs to be done. I felt very comfortable there

Today was my first visit. The staff is professional and welcoming. The Dr. and hygienist explained everything including X-rays and procedures. The office staff went over my treatment plan. So I know what needs to be done and money owed after insurance. Great first visit. I have 25 years experience working in the Dental field. Well done Aspen! CG

One of the most important aspects of my visit was the ability to get seen quickly. Called in on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Dr. Shi and the entire staff were very professional, friendly and understanding. My situation might truly not be seen as an emergency, but it was to me, and they treated me with that same attention. The Dr. Was focused, understanding and even receptive to all my questions and concerns about the procedure. I really appreciate everything and everyone for what was done and how professional they were. Thank you ladies so much for fixing my smile and making me smile.
