Aspen Dental - Gresham, OR

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental Eastman. My dental hygienist, Ha, was incredibly kind, professional, and did an exceptional job with my cleaning and exam. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and supportive. What I really appreciate is how they take the time to provide helpful feedback on how to improve and maintain my dental health. I’ve followed their recommendations, and each visit my teeth continue to stay healthy and strong. They’ve also been very helpful in working through dental insurance questions, which has helped me avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket costs. I highly recommend the Eastman Aspen Dental location to anyone looking for quality care and a great team!

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. Horrible experience getting teeth removed. I have extreme dental anxiety and that was known and all of the workers showed barely any compassion if not any. On top of that, they told me I would only be charged around $800 so I used care credit. Well now, I have an ADDITIONAL bill coming from aspen, over $400 with the same service description. I will never ever ever ever recommend anyone to ever go to this place. Ever.

Fron office personnel were great and on time with my appointment It was a 1st kinda iffey when i was met with lady for my x rays did not seem very friendly When i went back to the detal chair compared to other dental offices it seemed to be very unorganized. When the dentist came in i really did not know who i was talking with because he did not have his uniform on and it was hard to understand. The operations manager was excellent to help in ever manner she could and that is probably why i will return for my dentures Also they have good prices

The staff was great and helpful the atmosphere was a little uncomfortable I was not impressed with the lay out of the facility. The X-ray machine was in a room the size of a closet the chair they have you sit in was an office chair. The young lady taking the X-rays seemed to be a little green she had to get help to retake some X-rays. My appointment was to look at one tooth the dentist came in looked at my teeth said I need this and that done next thing I know they are giving me a plan of about $14,000 which I wasn’t expecting that I was shocked and I’m still in shock.

I was able to have an appointment the same day I called AND after the exam everything was explained clearly so that I could understand. Michelle and I found a way to get all my work done making monthly payments that are manageable so it’s not going to break my bank account. I’m so excited to get my smile back, and glad I decided to call the Gresham Aspen Dental!
