Aspen Dental - Germantown, WI

I had a sudden pain so bad I couldn’t think straight. I called to book an appointment and the main person gave me one which they called me back and needed to reschedule. When I started crying because of the pain I was in they asked me how quickly I could get there and they took me in right away. Everyone was amazingly kind, everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable. They helped me get the help that I needed to feel better and I was in and out with a treatment plan within 26 minutes and relief. Highly highly recommend.

Don’t even know where to begin. I'm 25 years old from NY and came here to fix my teeth after 7 office attempts. I felt like the doctors just wanted to get the job done or go the easy way abt things. Not to mention my mental health and losing hope id ever find a good dentist office. I went to this office for the first time yesterday. Best decision! Well first off, Arianna is beyond wonderful. I really enjoyed every worker there; very polite patient and very very helpful and understanding. Was waiting for a bit but I don’t mind waiting; so take y'all time lol but overall really nice and every worker kept a smile on their face made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!

I don't even want to write this review but it feels important. I was having an urgent dental issue and was grateful that Aspen was able to get me in same day to be seen. The team there was nice and helpful and warm. Their x-ray machine seemed very old and it was really painful and difficult to get all the right angles needed for the x-rays and I was left with sores in my mouth from the equipment. What made me feel like I need to leave a review though was that I was in a lot of pain and was told that I needed a root canal on a particular tooth that was next to the tooth where I was actually feeling the pain. I have been a patient of Aspen for about 5 years. I have been dog sitting for over a week and the dog went on our table at night and chewed part of my lower denture. 3 teeth were missing. I brought it in this morning to see what could be done. After checking their schedule the receptionist asked if I would stay because they had time to do a procedure. So I did have an x-ray taken for the fitting. They also fitted 3 teeth for the denture and I will pick I think up on Tuesday.
