Germantown Dental Care

I was personally referred to Germantown Dental, and although it is a distance from my home, it is so worth it to me. From the welcoming lobby and pleasant front desk staff, to the amazing hygienists and doctor, they take such great care of you! All treatment plans are discussed up front so there’s no surprises. My regular hygienist Jessica takes her time, listens to my concerns and is so efficient. I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute and they fit me in with another hygienist who was equally amazing! Everyone there is so good and caring, it is one of the best dental practices I’ve ever experienced.

This dental clinic provides top-notch service in a friendly and comfortable setting. The staff is attentive and organized, making appointments easy and stress-free. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I felt valued as a patient and am very pleased with the results. I’ll definitely continue coming here for my dental care.

This place feels like a franchise of dental care. I agree with the other reviewer saying is the like fast food of dental care. Good cleaning, however it just feels like I walking into the seminar after the cleaning, always trying to up sell you stuff. They send someone from the front desk to discuss the "numbers" like a buying a car. Makes me kind of question if I should still go here. Always finding cavities or something wrong that needs treatment. Recently I've gotten my teeth cleaned, the hygienist didn't even finish up, they sent someone else to polish and floss at the end. I might try to find a different clinic that more personable.

I am a former client, leaving mostly because I no longer work in Germantown and don't live close by. I found Germantown Dental to be efficiently run and never had issues some others have mentioned. The one thing that I didn't care for was they too often would upsell extra treatments, prescription toothpaste, and other things that insurance often didn't cover. I disliked this because I saw no evidence that things they recommended did any good. Seems like the dentist found cavities or something else that needed work almost every time I went for a checkup.
