Aspen Dental - Gallatin, TN

These guys do great work. Came in for a checkup and some pain. Needed a little work, which was well explained and the Dentist that cared for me seemed precise and was sensitive to my needs while in the chair. The procedures didn't seem rushed or anything and I wasn't in pain during. Overall very happy. The staff was also very friendly. Happy to have a good Dentist.

Aspen dental has been with my since the beginning of my tooth journey, it started with a root canal and crown, breaking the crown, coming back and having a understanding wonderful experience with not just to dentists and assistants but the financial worker as well. She encouraged me to come in for my cleanings routinely and take better care of my teeth. I now come for all my cleanings and my teeth are a lot better than in the past. When I come in they remember who I am and are very kind and make sure im comfortable and have everything I need done taken care of, even with my dental insurance it gets pricey but that is the economy rn and is not fault of the workers there at all. They always try to help split payments or make financial responsibility easier on their patients.

I am going on three years since I had my bottom teeth pulled and finally have the dentures back. I’ve had to go back in because the dentist left shark points where he pulled the teeth so I had to pay for them to fix that and now all this money I spent to have my teeth and they don’t even fit my mouth oh but you did tell me that you could put pens in my gums to hold the teeth in, but it’s OK I’m not mad and I’ll stay that way. I’ve just got another competitor to fix me a brand new set and I’ll be over it. Well, after getting an email back from Aspen, they want me to come in to spend even more money to fix what they messed up. I should’ve known better than go here. But they promised that they could fix my problems and all they’ve done is made them worse.

The absolute best experience i could have imagined. The staff are extremely professional and caring with a warm and inviting environment! They genuinely care about your needs and are interested in you as an individual, they take time to listen to you intently, and devise a plan unique to your physical and financial needs!

After living in area for 3 years I was over due and a few neighbors recommended this office. Was not disappointed, everyone from staff in front desk, to clinical techs and dentist, my first trip was outstanding. They also have a lot of newer technology, and they are all pleasant, professional, and patient. Highly recommended.
