Aspen Dental - Florence, AL

I was very nervous going in for my appointment but as soon as I walked in the building that all melted away. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming and inviting. X-ray tech was very kind and made me feel very comfortable even though I was in pain. No long waits or beating around the bush. Dr was straight forward as well as the hygienist. Treatment plan was explained to me in terms everyone can understand and there was no extra added to create more revenue. Aspen dental has won my business and I urge everyone that is having trouble or doesn't at least walk in and meet the staff. It's free for your first consultation and x-rays. You have nothing to lose but a wonderful smile to gain. Aspen dental is where it is at.

Very friendly staff from the receptionist, the x-ray technician, the hygienist, the dentist, and the office manager. They all made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me and went over different options and made sure I understood everything. The office manager was very understanding and tried her best to come up with a plan that would meet my needs to save my tooth but I decided to have it pulled to save me money and them some time 😂 It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Aspen Dental they seem to genuinely care about their patients 😊

They were wonderful, professional, insightful, helpful, compassionate, understanding, caring, and they all had Happy and upbeat personalities and they all wore a smile. This was the best dentist appointment that I have ever had. Even without dental insurance, they were willing to work with me and let me make payments. I am so happy that I chose them to be my dentist! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Aspen dental was great! They helped me out so much in a pinch. There prices are really good and they have discounts they offer. Your first New patient visit is free! Their staff was so sweet and caring. They helped me with my abscess and set me up to have my wisdom teeth and the broken tooth removed... love them and totally recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is Perfect!! They treat you like a person should be treated.. I have a dental disease hereditary. They are very professional and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The dentist who seen me was very concerned and very happy to assist me .. and let me say Mary the X-ray tech she is a ray of sunshine. And Elizabeth the assistant manager is amazing they all are. I had a consultation at affordable dentures I am cancelling because this is gonna be the place for me to get my teeth taken care of .Thank you all at Aspen y'all are amazing. UPDATE : I got 24 teeth removed in that office. Still 5 stars did a good job with my dentures.
