Aspen Dental - Ephrata, PA

I recently visited Aspen Dental in ephrata , and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. The entire office is spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail is impressive. It’s clear that patient comfort and cleanliness are top priorities here! A special shoutout to Iszabel, the consultant I had the pleasure of working with. She was absolutely phenomenal! Iszabel took the time to explain every aspect of my treatment plan with such patience and clarity, making sure I understood all my options. Her professionalism and care were evident, and I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart.

Don’t waste your time here! I called to make my first appointment as a new patient and got in for an appointment really quick which I thought was great. A few days before the appt, they call and say I need rescheduled. They didn’t have late appts available for a cleaning, so I had to get off work early. The day of the appointment comes, and they call me a few hours beforehand to say they need to reschedule AGAIN after I already got approved for PTO that day to leave early. So I reschedule to a Saturday. All my confirmation emails/texts confirmed Saturday, January 10th and 8am. I show up then, and they are closed. I called on Monday and they apologized and said their schedule is weird on the Saturdays they’re open, and that my appointment is listed as Saturday, January 24th. All my confirma

All I can say is that Dr.Ahmad did an amazing job! I went in crying with tooth pain and he fixed me!! I am super excited to start my dental journey, after being terrified of the dentist due to childhood trauma! Thanks again to all the Aspen Dental staff his assistant was amazing! Didn’t feel judge not once!

Buyer beware. My husband went to see them for an exam and cleaning due to his change in insurance and was told he needed over $3000 in dental work his current insurance co. would not cover. He's been seeing a dentist on a regular basis and never had any major issues insurance wouldn't cover. They wouldn't clean his teeth without agreeing to whatever else they wanted to do. He finally found another dentist who cleaned his teeth and took x-rays. $69 later he walked out very happy with the care he received AND what it cost.

I would give them no stars if possible. No matter how bad your tooth pain is...go anywhere else! In 2024, I went for a consult to have a tooth extracted. I was quoted a price of what my insurance would cover. The day of appointment the I went in, paid what I was told I owed for everything. A few weeks later I started to receive bills for 3x the amount quoted. I called to follow up only to be advised that the office staff never consulted my insurance. They recognized their mistake, and we were able to come to an agreement on money owed. I paid the agreed upon amount. Fast forward to OCTOBER 2025, I started to get bills again for the remaining total again!!! Sketchy business practice. They need reported to the BBB.
