Aspen Dental - Easton, PA

My experience with the wait times at this office was extremely frustrating. Patients should not have to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen without clear communication or consideration for their schedules. What was most disappointing was the response when the concern was brought to the staff’s attention. Instead of showing empathy or trying to accommodate the situation, I was told that if I had other things to do, I could simply come back another day. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Everyone’s time is valuable, and patients deserve better communication and respect when delays happen. I hope the office works on improving both their scheduling practices and how patient concerns are addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I waited almost two hours to be seen by a provider, which felt extremely excessive for a scheduled appointment. During that time, multiple staff members walked past while on their phones, which gave the impression that patients waiting were not a priority. While sitting in the waiting area, I also overheard the office manager having very personal and inappropriate conversations that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional for a medical office. When I was finally called back to see the dental provider, the appointment felt rushed. My experience was terrible!!! Called at 9AM and given an appt for 1PM but told to come at 12:45 to do the paper work. The office is closed from 12 to 2 for lunch. At 1 when the door opened there were 10 patients waiting for appointments. So I had the paperwork done by 1:15 and waited till 2PM to be called in the 18 X-rays later was placed in a room. The dental hygienist can in and told me my teeth were in good shape other than the problem tooth which needed to be extracted. The dentist came in and told me I’d have to wait for the oral surgeon to come in but that would not until Feb 10th. I have been in extreme pain for 3 days already. The dentist doesn’t pull teeth. Who ever heard of a dentist that can’t do a simple extraction. What are we teaching them in school today? Needless to say I w

Great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and the treatment was painless. Higly recommended
