I had a great experience at Aspen Dental and wanted to specifically recognize the outstanding care and professionalism of the team. The office manager, runs an incredibly organized, welcoming, and efficient practice. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made scheduling easy, and ensured the entire visit ran smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Rhumy was equally impressive. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for me really stood out. It’s rare to find a dental office where both the clinical care and customer experience are this strong. Everyone in this office from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist are absolutely wonderful. Extremely thorough, explained everything step-by-step so there was no confusion as to what would be getting done. The office manager went over the pricing before I left so I knew exactly what I would be paying for the procedures I needed. I highly recommend this office .

Not someone who typically stops his day to write Google reviews, but this one is warranted. They took me on a Friday an hour before closing for an emergency when I was not a patient. Then took the time to make sure i looked right before they let me leave. I then decided to switch to them as me and my families primary dentist. I am having Major work done by Dr. Roumiana and was blown away by her flawless work. i have had ALOT of work done in my life. I had 6 Novocaine injections, including two into the roots of my teeth for this ongoing work. i never felt a needle. this isn't an exaggeration. She was assisted by a junior dentist for the entire procedure and was also GREAT. and on top of all that my bill was 60% of my previous dentist. Extremely happy to find them. Will be movin

I came in with excruciating pain for an emergency visit, and from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Tzvetkova and her team thoroughly evaluated my situation and treated the root of the problem. Dr. Tzvetkova took the time to go over my treatment plan in detail, explaining everything clearly and patiently. She was incredibly thorough and compassionate, and made sure I understood every step, which gave me so much confidence and relief. Her entire staff is phenomenal, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This is truly a great dental practice, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Tzvetkova and her team to anyone in need of exceptional dental care.

I went in for the $29 new patient special thinking it included X-rays and a cleaning, but it only covered the X-rays. My appointment was at 3:30 PM and I didn’t leave until 6 PM, with about 45 minutes spent just waiting to be called back. Insane!! They took X-rays and scans and told me my gums looked great with a few cavities forming, but then I was immediately brought to a finance office and presented with treatment plans costing between $1,300 and almost $4,000 for things like a cavity treatment and clear liners. I even asked whether it might make more sense for me to get dental insurance and come back with coverage instead of paying out of pocket, and the response was basically that they “couldn’t advise me on that.” That didn’t sit right with me at all.
