Great experience at this location. New patient so first visit was a lot of X-rays- more than what I’m used to as they’re very thorough. From the dentist to the hygienist to the front desk- all around great customer service! Also love that they have locations all over so if I move or something I can easily have my medial records on file/schedule a cleaning quickly. Thank you!

Dr Norton and Lexi were amazing!!! My 13-year-old daughter was nervous about getting her feelings done but he completely put her at ease. His assistant Lexi was also super nice and comforting and made sure she was OK throughout the entire process. I highly recommend going see Dr. Norton and Lexi at Aspen Dental in Covington.

This crew at aspen , are the real deal! From the time they snuck me into their office on Christmas Eve, right before closing their door.all the way until getting me an appointment to save a tooth a few weeks. Later. Ms.Lex and Dr Mona and I can’t express the Amount of gratitude I have for these ladies by sharing their talent their passion for saving little teeth’s. Straight from the job their passion allowed me to relax and get comfortable in order for me to trust the process. When I tell you I trusted the process! These ladies were amazing. They literally made it an art, and the crazy part of this whole story. I felt no pain at all. Loved it, Lexi was an absolute peach, Dr Mona was very gentle with my filling repair. She did not rush like most dentists and was checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and content with everything she was doing. Lexi was amazing, she juggled the multiple tools needed very gracefully and was very kind and helpful. Lexi was able to answer every question me and my sister had, it was amazing! Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

My husband had to have all his teeth extracted and yes, he was very nervous and even more so when he learned that he wouldn’t be asleep. But Dr Mona, Lexi, assistance and Dr Norton were amazing. They informed us everything and made sure my husband and myself were okay and comfortable. It was amazing to watch them perform as a team. I so happy that we came to Aspen Dental Care, the treatment you get there is non that I have received anywhere else. They’re so kind and take care of you
