Aspen Dental - Concord Mills, NC

I had an amazing experience! Everyone was very nice and respectful and really made me feel comfortable. The doctors are all very professional and very good at what they do. Everyone from the front desk to the back office made me feel welcome! I will definitely be back for all future dental consults. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and I am beyond happy with the procedure and service provided!:)

the dentist is super nice, but he did not prescribe my mother her antibiotics after extraction! as much as we wanted to like them and leave a great review for the hospitality, these people are horrible at doing their job and do not care. My mom went A weekday and full weekend with no antibiotics, in PAIN! he forgot to put them in, then once she was able to reach them, he apologized but then ordered the meds at the WRONG LOCATION an hour away from where we told him to. So she still never got them. it’s horrible

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental thanks to Evelyn. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all the pricing details clearly. I really appreciated how she made everything easy to understand without rushing. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole visit much more comfortable. I had appt at 8am I was running late so I called Aspen Dental to ask do I need to reschedule they told me they had appt for 830 am. While rescheduling my appt I had several calls coming in but I didn't answer because I was trying to book this appt. Once I arrived at Aspen Dental the PEC stated that because I didn't answer his call he is canceling my appt I told him I was on the phone with Aspen Dental and I didn't know that he called. I live almost 1 hour away and he stated I am rescheduling you. I thought about it and said never mind I will go somewhere else. I'm not sure if yall are on a power trip with this company but it don't make for good business especially for military veterans. Please check your PEC attitude unless he is the dentist.

I had a great experience here. I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removal surgery and I was so nervous, but Dr. Chisohlm Chukwu made it very easy and low stress. He got me in and out very quickly and was able to squeeze me in knowing how much pain I was in. I had my tooth out Monday and I have had minimal pain and swelling. He also answered all of my questions and even took the time to call me 3 days post op to make sure I was okay and to answer any questions I still had.
