Aspen Dental - Commack, NY

Amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Stephanie was phenomenal while taking my X-rays so patient, gentle, and reassuring. It’s truly a diverse office that makes you feel comfortable and included, and I also heard there are Spanish-speaking dental assistants which I know will help a lot.

My visit to Aspen Dental was phenomenal! Although I was in pain the warm, professional atmosphere made it pleasant. I look forward to Aspen Dental handling my dental needs and will gladly refer them to someone else!

I had the worst experience with the Aspen Dental in Commack and would suggest you avoid them, National Dental is so much better, they adhere to their prices and act in a professional manner. I don't even know where to begin, but to start, the dentist that pulled my teeth was so rough, I had to have a chiropractor adjust my next several times the following week. I was about to return to begin the cosmetic portion of the implant, and the post fell out the week before, requiring me to start all over again. They are sneaky the misrepresented their services, they charged me for a bone graft and did not place the bone graft where the implant was being placed and never told me. I went to Aspen dental because of pain in my tooth. I really appreciate how they sit you down help you thur the financial responsibility.they made me feel very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and listen to all your question I will recommend Aspen dental to friends and family

Was scheduled for a tooth extraction. Was told Dr was unfortunately busy with a different patient and would not be able to see me. But while I am here they would like to talk to me about a quoted $45,000 dental implant. Found another dentist who can do it today. So I called to have my X-rays forwarded and they said it will take a few business days to forward my X-rays. So now not only did I not see the dentist to take out the tooth I have to pay for another X-ray. Wonder if I said yes to a 25% interest loan on a 45 thousand dollar set of teeth they would have actually seen me.
