Dr. Parrots and all the staff are truly my heros!! Maja was a jem and did an amazing job on my lower plate. My implants were 35 yrs old and had broke and they were the only ones to find parts for my antiques. I will recommend to everyone i speak with. Thanks so much Aspen!!

Today is the second “day of “ cancellation. This is the second “next available” is 45-60 days away. I was told it was important that I be seen again in a timely fashion. My original appointment was in December and the best they can do is April 28th? Do yourself a favor and find an organization that can manage their client list in reasonable timeframes.

My tooth extraction went ok but several days later when I started experiencing significant pain I couldn’t reach anyone by phone at the dentist office and they never returned my calls . After several days I drove to the office and they said the soonest they could get me in was the next week. All they would give me for the pain was a prescription for ibuprofen. Fortunately I had hydrocodone from a previous injury. When they finally saw me the next week they said I may have had a dry socket but it was healing. The lack of concern and room in their schedule for an emergency was unacceptable.

Dr. Parrott and his staff where very professional and made me feel at easy. Dr. Parrott took his time and explained what I needed for a healthy smile and his office manager did a great job explaining what was covered by insurance and what I would be paying out of pocket. Overall, best experience at the dentist office in a long time.

7:00 am appointment. Doors opened at 6:55 am. Completed required health question. At 7:45 I was called and X-ray’s were taken. I was placed in a room. Roughly an hour later the technician came in, reviewed my X-ray and examined my teeth. She reviewed her findings and provided recommendations. At 9:00 another person came in to review, set-up a follow up appointment and what the next charge would be. I never saw the Doctor. Everyone was very nice, professional and apologetic for the long waits. I was the first person to enter (1st appointment) but the 7th patient to be called back.
