Shelbie is the most understanding and patient person that's ever worked on my teeth. Not having been to a dentist in years, this was an great experience. The first-time patient discount for the x-ray and exam was much appreciated and there wasn't a single person there who wasn't friendly and patient with me. I'd highly recommend you try out Aspen Dental.

I had a great experience! I got exam, X-ray, cleaning and extraction same day. Dr Hall the dentist. Dental hygienist Alex and the dental assistant were all kind, amazing, and explained everything very well! The office manager Tyler was amazing at explaining everything. I felt supported the whole way through!! They had the most financing options for no insurance . Their dental savings plan is affordable and provided amazing discounts . This will be my new dental office ! The wait was not long and I was treated same day! The financing options is based on income and credit and I ended up paying 200 for extraction and cleaning which is so affordable compared to most places. I have monthly payments that are affordable! I recommend them to all of my family to get affordable, fast, and kind care!

The entire staff at the Cleveland Crossing office is amazing. It’s like they hand-picked angels. Angie did my X-rays, while I was in immense pain, and was so patient! She sat with me to keep me comfortable and checked in on my pain regularly. Then I got into the exam room, where I met Shelby. Shelby clearly explained all of my symptoms back to me, spoke to me gently and thoughtfully, and even made me laugh a little. They both reassured me constantly and you could really tell they cared. The amount of grace, patience, and understanding I was met with at this office is truly unmatched. Can’t wait to come back.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Aaliyah and Alex were both great from the X-rays and 3D imaging to the cleanings itself. They were both very thorough with explaining everything they were doing and answering all of my questions about our follow up treatment plans. I have terrible dental anxiety and hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, but both Aaliyah and Alex were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel extremely comfortable from the start! The Ops Manager, Tyler, was also amazing and super helpful. They all went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and understood everything. 10/10 recommend the Cleveland Crossing location to anyone looking for a dentist! Thank you all!!

Everyone was so nice at Aspen today. I was very happily impressed!! Dr. S. welcomed me and reassured me about my treatment. He is so very nice! Asy.. sorry, forgot her name, took my xrays, so very sweet, swift and friendly. Then, Alex who was wonderful! cleaned my teeth. She has a contagious upbeat attitude. Tyler was very nice, explaining and getting details for me!! And Dr. Hall was friendly, caring and I appreciated his knowledge. Asheed was sweet, helpful and welcoming. Terrific experience.
