Aspen Dental - Brockton, MA

My experience checking in was extremely unprofessional. The front desk staff member was dismissive, rolled her eyes when I asked questions, and made me feel judged about my account balance. The clinical staff were fine. No patient should be made to feel that way in a healthcare setting. I hope the office can work on professionalism, communication, and protecting patient privacy. You never know what someone is going through in life, and patients deserve compassion and respect when they walk into a healthcare office.

I'm certainly not alone when I say that a trip to the dentist is not the highlight of my day. That said, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire Aspen Dental experience today (2/18/26). Everyone there, from the receptionist to the Doctor was quite friendly, helpful, professional and reassuring. A root canal is in my future and I'm certain I'll be in good hands.

Aspen Dental accepted the challenge of working with my adult special needs brother. They have been phenomenal with their kindness and understanding.

I had a really frustrating experience with the finance department at this place—they tried to charge me nearly $700 for an extraction, even though my insurance covers 90% of the cost. I left and went to Arch Dental, just across the street in Westgate Plaza, and they got me an appointment the next day. After insurance, I only paid $37. I definitely recommend Arch Dental—they were affordable and professional.

My son Manuel was at the Aspen Dental to go over a plan for dental procedures needed. Joseph DeLoatch was extremely helpfully and provided explanations to all details regarding the cost and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental of Brockton.
