Watch your pockets here! I agreed to a 3 appointment treatment for $1600 but they wanted to only collect a little over $1000 to make the appointments. So i gave them my credit card to cover it and I made the appointments. Went to the first one and all seemed good. Then got a message saying i had another appointment 2 days later that i did not make. I called them and they said that appointment is just so they can charge the insurance company, seems kinda suss! Then 2 days before the 2nd appointment, I get a message saying I need to log in and pay $2000. They can now eat a bag of Ds. This was my first time there and now my last. I will find a new dentist to finish what is needed.
Exam was very affordable $29, includes X-rays and doctor examination, then they give you a full dental plan to fix all of your teeth. I just wanted the extraction, and the office manager was helpful with answering my question about how I wanted to go with plan, and how much it would be. So I was able to comfortably make a decision and make an appointment knowing how much it would be. And then came the day of extraction I was nervous, everyone made me feel comfortable, and the doctor was good didn’t take more than 2 min maybe 3 to pull my wisdom and molar teeth out. Afterwards there wasn’t any pain and today 2nd day not much pain either. I am not nervous about making my next extraction appointment, because I know I’m in good hands
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Aspen Dental – Bridgeton, MO. Before agreeing to treatment for two crowns, I clearly told the staff that I could not afford expensive dental work. I asked multiple times about insurance coverage. The finance person, dental assistant, and the provider all confidently told me that the crowns were fully covered by my insurance and that I might only need to pay around $400. Based on these repeated assurances, I agreed to proceed with the surgery. A few months later, I began experiencing serious problems with the crowns, including leakage and extreme sensitivity to wind and food. This was my first experience with Aspen Dental, and I had to bring my aging mother to a Saturday morning appointment. From the moment we walked in, the office staff was warm and courteous. The young lady who took my mother’s X-rays was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, especially as my mom moved slowly and had several questions. The dentist provided a wealth of knowledge and offered clear options for addressing my mother’s dental needs. We then met the dental hygienist, who was also very knowledgeable and showed great patience as my mom asked many questions. At the end of our visit, the office manager was courteous and made us feel like we were now part of the Aspen Dental family. I had a 10/10 experience. I have been experiencing the worst tooth pain i called them and they said they were busy today. I told them about my pain and they were able to move things around and get me in within 30 mins of the call! From the front desk, to the tech, to the dr it was all over an amazing experience. I cannot thank them enough!
