Aspen Dental - Augusta, GA

Aspen Dental Wrightsboro Road Augusta, Augusta, GA ; first visit today and I am impressed with the office. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Chris was very knowledgeable, and personable. He carefully explained the process and truly listened to me. Dr. O shared information with me that I wish had been shared YEARS earlier by my previous dentist. He is brilliantly humble and I feel very confident in his care. During my visit with the office manager I easily understood why the team is so pleasant. She listened to my needs and presented m personal dental plan with kindness, Overall my experience was very positive and I look forward to my next appointment!

I’m from Massachusetts and have been in Georgia for an extended period visiting family. Last week a crown fell out. I made an appointment easily online. Staff was great. A new crown is needed but I wanted to wait until I returned home. I was checking out with the office manager Shakari (apologies if that’s not right), she was absolutely wonderful. She checked with the dentist (Dr. O, again apologies) in charge who agreed to do a temporary cement with no guarantees or charge. So far so good!!!! Thank you all very much! PS all staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had the opportunity to meet the staff up front as I entered the door those 2 young ladies were very Respectful, body language good, and very helpful ,greeting me absolutely beautiful. Later Ms. NASH called me to back introduced her self, very polite, seemed to be very knowledgeable about her job, she to were respectful, in assisting me and the Dr K. As she entered the room. Dr.K examine my mouth , Looked at the X-rays informed me about the bones in the lower part of my mouth she also shared with me instead of thinking lining for my lower denture she recommended the thicker lining in for my teeth to remain in place. . Overall jobs were all WELL DONE TODAY.!!

I was amazed at how professional the front desk was when i first arrived! Shout out to Ariel and the front staff. I also want to shout out Dr.E for being so gentle during my procedure. She did an AWESOME job at keeping me calm and there was NO pain at all! Also the lovely dental assistants that were assisting her brea and twisha thank you!

Dr. O and his tream are amazing. I was in need of a few dental procedures including permanent caps, fillings and a deep cleaning. I was very pleased with all of the services I received. I unfortunately had to request another color match for my caps after having them for some time and realizing that the caps weren't the best match to my natural teeth. The team and Dr. O were determined to get it right and they did. I couldn't be more happy with my reaults!!!
