ASP Cares

To the staff at ASP Cares, I have been with the company for a little over 5 years and my personal experience with each of you, has been great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. You all provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and offer safe and affordable prescription drugs. I get courtesy calls when my prescription is low and when it is available and if I want it delivered. Keep up the Great Work. A special thank you goes out to Jerry Ledesma, who has always patiently waited for me while delivering my prescriptions and he happens to arrive to my work location when I'm with a client. Again GREAT JOB Staff and THANK YOU Everyone for making my personal experience with ASP a most memorable one. Soft Drinks and Snacks are a bonus at your establishment.

Very lovely pharmacy. Had the chance to meet one of the workers there named kenia and was very pleased with her generosity!! Definitely going back because i was taken care of very properly, any questions i asked she answered as best as she could!! 5 stars because the workers there especially kenia are thoughtful! Everything was ready for me when i arrived as well!

The people at the pharmacy are courteous , kind, and respectful. I switched over from CVS pharmacy simply because I had heard good things about them. I found that they are a very thorough pharmacy. They really care about customers. My delivery driver Jerry Ledesma has always gone out of his way to deliver. When I call the people that answer Treat me as if I am family. Kudos to you guys.

I could not help but post the type of employees you have....Jerry helped a Sams cutomer at parking lot to fix her flat tire...he actually stop to tell her..plus than did it himself. I feel Jerry should be recognize by your company for such samaritan gesture in the community.

I've had issues with this pharmacy and took my business elsewhere. Only the girls that I've dealt with there seem to be scatterbrained every time I talk to them plus sometimes are very unprofessional over the phone. My meds were sometimes put back on the shelves, if I wouldn't pick up after 1 day. Also, I had issues with their deliveries of my meds. a few times.
