I suggest going elsewhere if you have the option. I called asking about if I shouldn't take my mental and physical health medication since I have a fever and I saw online certain meds can make a fever worse due to the way that they interact with your body. When I called I was put on the phone with the dr. When I explained that I was concerned and if I could tell him what meds I'm on and if I shouldn't take them tonight the dr said "take Tylenol". I then said that I already did and I was concerned about my other meds (I take a lot of them). He then just repeats the words "take Tylenol". I then said I took Tylenol I'm just concerned about my meds and he just repeats the same thing to "take Tylenol". This whole interaction he said no other words. I arrived exactly at 9am and the door was locked. I knocked and waited for about 5 min, called the front desk, and received no answer.

Worthless urgent care. What’s the point of being an urgent care if there no provider? Worthless this is the second time I cane this happened. Worthless, good for nothing urgent care.

My husband cut his finger pretty badly and the doctor was able to patch him up quickly and had a friendly demeanor. Very convenient I love that they’re open late! Keep in mind that they’re closed for Shabbat so if you’re coming on a Saturday or late Friday the hours would vary seasonally according to the sun.

There is no one there usually so you are seen super fast. That being said, their hours are completely off. I went in on a Wednesday to get a test and was waiting all week for the results. On Saturday, I tried to call for over an hour during their open hours and no one picked up. They never sent me a way to see results or any information on what I should do. Update: Weeks later, never got a call and never got my results! A bit bizarre! I would not recommend this spot if you need to wait on test results. Not bad if they can make the diagnosis in house.
