Shame on you saying online that you open at 9am. 9:16 am and place still locked and no one answers phone.

Walked in and was very disappointed by the unprofessional service at the front desk. While I was explaining my issue, the receptionist started talking to other people in line and treated me with a dismissive and rude attitude. I felt like I wasn’t being treated with respect or care. This experience left a very bad impression, and I hope they can work on improving their customer service.

I felt compelled to write a review in hopes this location and workers do a better job for someone else. (Asisa 5520 13th Ave) Reception Shillova, Urata-she was rude with attitude and made mistakes sending referrals. PA Lina Sivio-Lieberman- A wanna be "know it all" nothing worse than listening to a PA go on and on about medical jargan that doesn't pertain to you just to hear herself speak. She wrote 2 referrals both were incorrectly written, She sent me for an ultrasound for rib injury, the radiology tech said they do not use ultrasound to check rib injury they use MRI or sonogram. Then she had the nerve to write in summary that I asked for Narcotics- which was untrue. When I confronted her, she blamed the reception for writing the summary. Then this PA Lieberman couldn't even hang up the

I arrived there around 11:25 p.m. and was told that the doctor leaves at 11:00. However online it says they are open till 12:00. We tried going to another location but the doctor was leaving as well.
