I've been there before it was fabulous. This time she didn't ask me to disrobe, she tried to massage me through my clothes. I told her I need extra emphasis on my right leg she eventually took my pants off for me strangely enough and then proceeded to do work on my left leg. No work at all on my upper body nothing. There was a big communication problem. Confused and disappointed this time

I’m not a big reviewer, but I thought other loyal customers should know that Ann is no longer the owner of this business. Not sure where she is now, but these are new owners and not the same quality as Ann unfortunately. Pros about my 90min massage: 1. Pricing. Prices are still reasonable. 2. Friendly, clean environment. Cons: 1. The routine is not meant for deep tissue. It felt more like shiatsu; short, rough, strokes. 2. Routine was too short/no variation for longer than probably a 45min massage. 3. I added cupping ($20), if I hadn’t added cupping the massage would’ve felt useless. Overall, while friendly, this isn’t the type of deep tissue, get your knots worked out type of massage. I felt feeling exactly the same as I went in. It seem like the original owner, Ann, is not there but honestly it was still a good massage and I would go back.

I’ve been to a lot of massage places in Winchester, both the big chain types and local spots. Ann is the best. I’ve been going to her for about a year and she truly improves my life. She’s knowledgeable and skilled at her craft, her studio is calm and inviting, and she cares for her clients.

I've had monthly memberships to other massage companies, and none of those massages compared to Ann's. I love deep tissue massages and Ann is a master of finding the knots quickly and working through them. She maintains consistent pressure throughout the massage. Ann is genuinely kind, fits you in quickly for appointments and gives excellent massages at reasonable prices. The atmosphere and music are relaxing and I love the no non-sense approach to the business. I feel that the massage companies with the monthly membership fees are "gimmicky" and overpriced for what you get. When I need another massage, I won't go to anyone else except for Ann. She's fantastic!
