I cannot thank Dr. Rossman and her incredible team enough for the outstanding care they provided during my mom's cataract surgery. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted by a compassionate and friendly staff that immediately put my mom at ease. She was understandably nervous, but Dr. Rossman took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of our questions, and made sure she felt completely comfortable and confident going into surgery. The surgeries went smoothly, and the recovery process was much quicker and easier than we had anticipated, thanks to Dr. Rossman’s expertise and attention to detail. My entire experience with Rossman Medical Eye Clinic/ Office was delightful. I didn’t realize it till the first eye cataract surgery was behind me how anxious I was. They have a comfort pet , Breezy @ the office , anyone a dog trusts I trust. I felt instantly safe in Dr. Rossman & Dr. Olmstead’s care. My neighbor referred me to her. So close & convenient. If I had to have a critique it is not about care it’s about the surgery Centers waiting room furniture. Too low of seating for me personally to get up out of , this sofa seems ready for updating. I understand a new location site is under construction, so I assume when I need my next summer procedure that will of changed. Ty Dr. Rossman & friendly staff.

The results of my treatment, and the interface with the Doctors and staff have been even better than expected. Outstanding!
