Dr Mathur is great and explains things well. However the office staff is completely incompetent. It took me from the beginning of January until March 7th to get my test results. I called in February and left a voicemail on the nurse line. That message went unanswered. A few weeks later I called back and spoke to a staff member. She said they never received my test results and would have to get them and call me back. Another 2 weeks went by and I again called back. After getting transferred multiple times someone gave me my test results. Not to mention half the time when you try to call the West Chester office they don’t answer and you have to call a different location. This is no way to run a doctors office!
