Have been here twice. 2 different kids. All the ladies and gentlemen are both pleasant and professional. Dr. S takes his time and answers any questions you have. Anesthesia staff is exceptional. Easy to get a staff member on the phone and after hours promptly returns calls. Overall great place, people and experience.

I have severe dental anxiety and the entire experience from the front desk registration until leaving after the oral surgery was by far the best experience I have encountered. I had a complete upper and lower teeth extraction performed and everyone was so kind, understanding and patient during the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety like I have. Dr. Simoncic and his staff deserve much more than five stars!

I read the reviews before I went and took my iPad to watch a few shows. I did have to wait 3.5 hours but it was worth it. The staff were so welcoming. The nurse was so sweet and answered every question with patience and helped my nervousness. One surgeon doing everything he can to help everyone. He was really nice and I had Minimal bleeding and soreness. Would definitely recommend 👌. Only downside is be ready to wait a few hours, have patience and understanding.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled my appointment for 11AM… wasn’t called back until 5PM and was then told that I COULDNT BE SEEN AND TO RESCHEDULE. Terrible service as well. Dentist gives you max dose of anesthesia you can handle by default. Most people go here because they think it’s the only place that takes Medicaid… ITS NOT. Go to CAROLINA SURGICAL ARTS. They take Medicaid and honor their appointments. I scheduled my wisdom teeth removal for 9AM and was on the way home by 10:30AM with my procedure going perfectly. AND THEY TAKE MEDICAID. Ashboro Oral Surgery was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My tooth extraction went smoothly, and they explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. They truly care about their patients, and it shows. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
