If u don't have good insurance or are on Medicaid you won't get much help here had to wait 3 months for appointment wait another month for colonoscopy and upper endoscopy nobody called me with test results I had to call them then they scheduled follow up appointment which is 3 more months of waiting called having stomach pain and diherriea was told we're really busy right now but you take hour and half for lunch and closed on Friday guess that's why there so busy

Had my care transferred to LeBauer GI in Greensboro and if you are patient here, I would suggest you do the same thing. Put me on a medication that shouldn’t be taken with what I already take. Never ordered any bloodwork done to check for issues, put incorrect info on my after visit summary. Wanted to do an endoscopy when there was no need for one. Thankfully, I elected to go a different testing route and the problem was identified. Run. Fast and far away.

DR. KERN IS SO WONDERFUL!!! And of course Dr, Misenheimer of course! I have never been to a more professional, yet welcoming and loving medical environment. They are very thorough and have been wonderful in making sure my care is taken seriously. They make every patient feel like they are the only person they care for. They are so wonderful. Blown away every time. Dr. Kern blows me away with her kindness and attentiveness to my care.

Everyone here is so nice. I was greeted with wonderful and exceptional customer service at the front desk and whenever I checked out. The nurse that took me back was just as kind. Dr. Kerns is so informative and helped me feel comfortable with the treatment of my health. Thank you

Im giving two stars so the staff wont auto remove my review but the doctors and nurses here are highly incompetent. I came for simple constipation and was ignored and talked down to every time I came in my issues have progressed into a cronic condition and hospitalization because of a lack of care from the staff. if you have ANY other options please use them I wouldnt reccomend anyone ever come here.
