Ascension Wisconsin Hospital - Greenfield

I had to bring my daughter to the closest ER due to an allergic reaction to peanuts, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Menomonee Falls ER. From the moment we walked through the doors, the front desk staff (Kliwie and Shilo) were incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. As a scared first-time mom, that meant everything to me. The medical staff were just as wonderful — compassionate, attentive, and thorough. They took excellent care of my daughter and made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for the care we received and truly felt we were in good hands. Thank you for turning such a scary situation into a positive experience.

The staff certainly deserves every bit of praise I can offer. I was witness to 3 of the hardest days my Uncle Bill has ever gone through and the nursing staff was phenomenal. Thank you so much for caring, for tirelessly completing those tasks that a cranky guy needed done. He is home and doing well thanks to everyone of you.

If I could give this facility a zero I would. I brought my daughter here today to be seen for an injury. She was in and out in less than 20 minutes. As we were leaving the nurse chased us out into the vestibule of the building (a public setting) to give my daughter medication they "forgot" to give her while in an exam room. She also went on to question my daughter... again, in the vestibule which is a public setting... about other medications she takes and why she takes them. Why was this not discussed in the exam room?? Has this nurse never heard of HIPPA?! When I told her to leave us she said "Don't come back!" AS IF WE WOULD. You call this patient care?! NO WONDER THE LOT WAS EMPTY.

We took my grandma to the ER and had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely kind and patient with her. They were helpful every step of the way and made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit.

The staff was amazing and they really asked me questions. Erin (RN) broke everything down to me. Dr. Treysman was amazing and didn't rush me out the door. Nicole (Front Desk) helped me with the paperwork and was amazing.
