Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care - Town Center

I have had the unfortunate reason to have to see this one particular urgent care for workman comp injuries as I am unable to go to any other location due to my job policy. I walked in at 1:40 PM and checked in with 7 people in front of me. The facility is clean but the wait times are out of control. I was quoted a,”high time because I do not want you to expect to be seen sooner than this”, which was a quoted time of 1.75 hours. But that’s okay, I get off at 3:30 PM and this has to be done on the clock so I have the time. I am use to waiting here anyways and expect it, no pushback what so ever. I wait. The 1.75 hours comes up and I am noticing individuals who came in after me are being taken before me. That’s okay. I ask where am I in line? “You are next in line and there are three patie

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment 2 hours ahead of time. Online check-in by phone was fast. The facility was clean, bright, and well-staffed. The nurse who attended to me was kind, gentle, and thorough. P.A. who attended to me was also the same as above. I highly recommend this facility for any urgent care.

Taylor the PA was outstanding. She was very honest and good bedside manners . Recommendation for continuing care was just what I needed .

I really appreciate the efficiency of this office. I scheduled an appointment, we started on time, I was evaluated, provided solutions, and I was out the door on my way to recovery. Great Job.

I’ve had a soar throat and a headache for a month now. I went to the Ascention Urgent Care next door to my primary Doctor’s office. Also Ascention. Basically I was told I don’t have strep but they can’t order any bloodwork without me seeing my primary. I went to urgent care because it’s hard to see my primary care doctor. So I went next door to see if I can see my primary care doctor. I was told she didn’t have an opening until February. This is December. I guess I’m on my own. This is ridiculous.
