Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care - Normandy

Earlier this location was good, but now in Mar 2026, when we went there after a year. Staff is changed and even though it is urgent care but they treat you as a normal patient. After filling form and even paying fees we were waiting outside for an hour, then we were taken inside in a room, my wife who was sick was seen by nurses prectioner, she provided all symptoms and details we waited again for near 2 hours in same room and after twice request to staff, two RNP came and not even doctor. To the Urgent care: if you take money for the services plz provide it.people pay for urgency and doctor to see them..

When when I went in to do a drug Test and as soon as I walked in the young lady at the front desk gave me a look and rolled her eyes at me like don’t look at me the other lady with the short haircut both look at each other and totally ignore me. Only two ladies spoke to me when I entered the building. I went to the back to take a piss test, and I did not have to pee. I was offered a bottle of water. I explained to the lady that I just had a hysterectomy and can’t hold a lot of water, but I will give her a sample. I went in the bathroom and came out and gave her a sample and asked her for napkins to clean Off the floor she told me when I went into the facility that I did not need very much. She just need some. I told her OK but when I came out of the restroom, she said oh that isn’t enough.

I want to definitely take a moment to share what an awesome personal experience I had at this urgent care facility... It was five star from the time I entered the front door I was pleasantly greeted by the staff working the front desk and the kindness they showed to me was amazing as I was on crutches and in an immobilizer on my knee I was really impressed with the professionalism and the speed in which I was taken to the back where I was almost immediately one on one wit the Dr. I've seen a lot of physicians in my life but never have I felt like I was more than a number and in this case I felt the care that one only normally feels from say a family member or friend,(almost motherly). My visit with the physician was knowledgeable, she took time to explain to me why the condition I came in for happens. This wasn't the first time I had seen her at St Vincent's Urgent Care, she is a great physician I would definitely have her as a primary doctor. Great bedside manner!

This place was amazing when I went in for injuries from breaking up a dog fight. They took me immediately to the back & took amazing care of me. For how awful the situation was, I was beyond grateful for Doctor Carly, Rochelle, & Patricia for taking such amazing care of me. Rarely have a good experience in healthcare, so definitely wanted to give a shout out to these ladies for the amazing work & care they gave that day🙏🏼
